So Sorry!

I want to apologize to everyone waiting on viewing their proofs.  Life has been just crazy around here.  I have been swamped with sessions and now today my dad was admitted into the hospital.  He will be having his gall bladder removed tomorrow.  Since Mom passed away last October he may need someone to take care of him for awhile.  I plan to bring my computer with to the hospital tomorrow and try to get some editing done.  I am working as fast as I can trying to get sessions edited.  Thank-you for your understanding.  Please pray that all goes well tomorrow.

Alanna - Faribault Senior

 Oh my goodness, can you say dream session.  Alana is such a beautiful girl with incredible style.  I had so much fun with her!  I am busy editing and it is taking me way to long because for one thing I took way too many pictures and for the other thing I am having so much fun playing with them.  I thought it would be fun to show a picture straight out of my camera and then after I am done editing it.  Photography is not just snapping the picture.  It is the camera, the lens, the lighting and the post editing.  When looking for a photographer please keep all of this in mind.  It is the difference between a pretty picture and a piece of art.

Heather G - Prior Lake

I just finished editing Heather's senior portraits.  It's hard to believe we were actually freezing when we were doing her outdoor portion of her session.  Despite the cool windy day, we had fun traveling around the Mpls area finding unique spots to photograph.  It was kind of funny,  a group of guys driving buy stopped and asked if she was famous or something.  She did remind me of Christina Aquilera. ha ha

Take me out to the ballgame

I have been just terrible about neglecting my blog posts.  I promise to try harder with updating my blog.  But if you really want to follow me on a daily basis you need to like my facebook page!
I am excited to announce that I am in my new studio.  There are a few small things to finish but it is ubber exciting photographing in this spacious area.  I will post pictures soon.  (But if you want to see them right away you really need to visit my facebook page.) LOL

I have to post a few of my favorites from my "Take me out to the ballgame" theme portrait session today.  (ok it's more then a few but I can't help it, they all turned out A(wait for it)...Maz-ing!)  ha ha  My daughter is going to give me so much crap for that.  She is a huge "How I met your mother" fan and is alway quoting them.  (and yes Larissa I know it's Legen(wait for it)dary.) :)

Woops I got a little side tracked there...ok so check these out.  I am in love with this set design.  I really think I should do it more then once a year.  Maybe if I get enough interest I will just have to add another date.  This and the Beach set are my two very favorite set designs.     Squirrel...oops ok back to the super cute pictures.  Are you ready...ha ha, man I need to go to bed.  Honestly I haven't been drinking, I am just in a very weird mood today.  Damn that darn squirrel just ran by me again.  Ha ha...ok so here they are, be prepared to fall in love.

I told your they were cute!  Well it probably helps that I had an amazing little boy to work with.  I love this age, when they will do pretty much anything you ask them to.  Remember...if this is something you may be interested in let me know.  If I get enough interest I will add another day or two in June.

Babies, babies and more babies!

Wow have I been getting my baby fix lately. 

There must be another baby boom with all the newborns I have had lately.

I just had this little angel at the studio today.  Here is just a little sneak peek from Penelope's session.

 She was such a dream.  She even let me get the impossible shot!

She is a member of our baby plan and will be coming in shortly for her next appointment.

Welcome Harrison, Elenor and Jude.

These sweet little triplets kept me hopping but in the end it was so worth it.  I have been dying to get an image like this and after a little photoshop magic it turned out perfect!

 The triplets are also a member of the baby plan.  It will be so much fun to see how they have changed by their next session.  I wonder what the one year session will be like.  We may need rope to tie them down. lol

Next on the list is beautiful Miss Sophia.  Here mommy bought this outfit for her.  I loved it so much I wanted to steal it.  I may have to go on a roadtrip to Mankato so I can find one like it for the studio.

Oh how I love baby toes!

This little angel baby is Miss Karina.  She had the biggest blue eyes and the kind of cheeks you just wanted to kiss.

I was so excited to photograph Anthony.  He is the adorable son of one of my wedding clients.  He is also a member of our baby plan so I will get to photograph him soon at his three month session.

Sweet baby Jason is the adorable son of my niece.  He was funny because whenever we tried to get pictures of him with his big brother he would cry. 

I don't think he liked sharing the spot light.
